For years this restaurant has been a permanent stop for lunch on our classic car tours to Northern Hesse. Original, very cozy ambience, friendly service and delicious food at reasonable prices - and enough parking space for our oldies makes the "pancake house" in Hüddingen a highlight of our tours again and again. We will be back!

Very cozy "hut" in the small, dreamy town of Hüddingen with a very friendly Dutch innkeeper. The pancakes were delicious and the Dutch apple pie is now one of my favorite apple pie. It is worth going there or hiking.

Too bad .... We were very disappointed. Lured by good reviews and pictures of the owner, we were in the hut for dinner. It looks nice there. The owner is friendly. We ordered pancakes with spring onions, walnuts, camembert .... cost € 11. A big pancake came with a handful of Camembert pieces, crumbs of walnuts, a few rings of spring onions ... Here the price-performance ratio was not correct at all !!!! Too bad we were happy. I know these pancakes from Holland .. The owner, also Dutch, brought us the savings version ... Disappointment.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed! The pancake with one and a half slices of Camembert in pieces, a few crumbs of walnuts and sad stripes from the spring onion for 11 € !!! gave us frustration rather than pleasure. The price-performance ratio is unfortunately not correct. The taste was okay.

Very highly recommended. Best pancakes I've ever eaten. Hearty as well as sweet. Very nice service and incredibly beautiful terrace in absolutely quiet Hüddingen. Worth a detour from Bad Wildungen at any time.

It is very nice here, delicious pancakes and good drinks, the owners are friendly. Nice ambience and great location, also a wonderful window view during the day. We will be back!
